Digg has turned into a pretty good curating site, but it's not perfect. At any given point, the Digg homepage presents 60 stories from a variety of sources. The problem is these stories aren't archived, and they're presented in a reverse-chronological order. So whenever a new story is added, that means one of the older stories drops off the bottom of the CMS conveyor belt. The entire presentation gets refreshed over the course of 24-to-36 hours (I haven't bothered measuring it precisely), which means you've got to check in at least once per day to guarantee you don't miss any stories! That's fucking stressful...So what I think I'll do is check out archive.org once per week and bring up the snapshot of Digg from each day.
