I was watching a clip from IQ, in which the protagonist has to take a multiple-choice test.  His physicist friends are helping him out, of course.  But I tried freezing the frame on a few questions, such as the one below.

It says:  Rebecca has a coin which is twice as likely to come up heads than tails.  What is the probability of her flipping four consecutive heads?

Shouldn't the answer be 16/81?  Which is option D?  Why is the fool selecting A?
